My Passions

In my life, I have been blessed with two passion - Magic & Photography.

Mastery of any subject is a lifetime commitment and the journey is the way, not the destination. When I started to embrace Photography in 2009, I did not have a clue how to work my camera, I was using the D90 at the time. After much trial and error it began to make sense. My life transformed in 2013 when I took the leap of faith and purchased the X100T. Once I started using it, BINGO, I knew I had found the perfect tool for my craft. As a professional magician, the right tool makes all the difference in the world to my creative expression.

Every time I look at my deck of cards and camera I give a silent thank you of gratitude. Not for the camera or the playing cards, for the love and spirit that inspired me to embrace these two wonderful subjects. 

When The Samurai’s made their Swords, love and life was present, Michelangelo felt a kinship with Marble, I feel the same way about the creative process with my camera and cards.
Ultimately, it is not the tool that makes the difference, it’s what it makes of the artist in pursuit of mastery. 

The quest for mastery is the way, inspired by the will of the living by force.
