To Good To Be True

I knew it would not last.

Sunshine in this country is always followed by Rain; very often on the same day.

Light is Light.

The temperature of the Light in this part of the world fluctuates due to the Clouds. The Sun is always available; the Clouds and overcast conditions means the warmth of my images will vary.

When the rain comes, it changes the ambience; It still an effective expression of Light, just different from the warmth given by afternoon sunlight.

What’s important to me is the mood of the moment. Creating how an image feels is the goal.

This part of my on going photographic maturity.

Accepting the Light in all of its glory and manifestation.

“Sunshine is delicious, rain is refreshing, wind braces us up, snow is exhilarating; there is really no such thing as bad weather, only different kinds of good weather”.

John Ruskin
