2020 Vision | Mum

The Days blend into each other now.

Time flashes by.

Before I know it, it’s time for bed.

I am knackered.

She keeps me on my toes.

Brutal and cruel this is.

There’s no one to blame or hold accountable.

Viktor Frankle said the only victory in a hopeless situation……is to endure it to the very end and outlive it. Of all people, he should know.

He inspired me to stand firm.

So does Jesus.

Jesus went through worse.

His suffering for us provides me with the spiritual anchor to roll with the punches that Dementia brings.

I keep my eye on Jesus.

I find peace this way.

I see Jesus in all his stunning disguises.

As she sleeps, his presence is near.
