2020 Vision | Today in Black & White

Empty Carriages.

Paddington Station.

A Ghost Town…

Some sign of life and yet…….empty, meaningless and devoid of soul.

I have a bad feeling about this. 😔

When it’s all over, the atmosphere of Social Distancing will be a context still very much alive.

Who will you trust?

Who can you trust?

Who will you open your heart too?

Social Distancing is not just about 2 meters between you and me plus breathing clean air. There is a Psychological Distancing that will be damaged far beyond anything we can imagine right now.

I am ending today’s Journal entry with the colour of life.

This is my friend Alex.

We see each other everyday.

He is one of my friends/neighbours who hasn’t changed his way of being towards me since this Lockdown started.

We both practice 2 meters out of respect for each other’s well being.

Our psychological distance has remained intact.

This Portrait proves it.

I created this image today on my way to Paddington and it we both interacted with each other with nothing in the way.

He suggested we create this image by the tree.

We were friends before Covid-19, we are still friends now during this Pandemic and will continue to relate to each other with warmth and humanity after.

I know who my friends are. 😀
