2020 Vision | Walking Meditation

As a meditation, Walking is a perfect practice and discipline.

Erlin Kage and Steve Jobs are and were great practitioners of walking.

So am I.

My daily walks can last up to one hour, sometimes longer.

With Camera in hand, I am in the zone.

I switch off my Hearing Aid.

Silence and my Sight became the only company I need.

In this state, I surrender all attachment.

I have no idea what will come.

I am a creation of the Light and Water.

This is my source and I allow it to communicate with me and my Midichlorians.

Light + Water = Happy Midichlorians.

Midichlorians are microscopic optic cells in the body that have the capacity to communicate with our source.

Our source is Vitimin D which comes from our Sun ☀️

And

H2O…Water.

I challenge you to spend 30 minutes near a lake or river.

Sit quietly, no talking, just be and BREATH.

Notice how you feel afterwards.

The Light speaks to me.

And so does Water…

In the space of silence and stillness I hear the most profound message.

Try this for yourself.

You will have an experience of yourself beyond this noisy world.

This is who you really are.
