A Moment of Appreciation

The X100F has been surpassed by The X100V.

The V is sold out everywhere.

This means it has become a hot commodity.

My introduction to the Fujifilm ecosystem was the X100T - I loved that camera. It went all over the world with me.

I sold off some gear to purchase the X100F; this upgrade was required and I had no remorse in giving my X-100T to a friend. The one thing I love about The X100F is the longer Battery Life, it matches my X-T1.

The X-100F is my full time 28mm Camera. I keep my WCL attached to this Camera at all times. This little attachment converts the native Lens into 28mm fixed focal length.

The 28mm Field of view is my sweet spot and this camera is my version of the Leica Q, without the outrageous cost.

The X-100♥️F has a place in my photographic workflow Arsenal. The camera is small, light, fluid and agile.

The 28mm field of view is wide, it’s what I call a context Lens; scenery, subject and the environment. I love it because it means I can create a frame with good depth of field usually around F8 and create a visual narrative full of layer.

This is a perfect Camera
