Back To Winchester

As a Travel Photographer, I must keep my spirit of adventure alive.

This means going for walks everyday and taking trip on the train out of London.

Last weekend, I headed back to Winchester to see my friends Matt, Rehan and Alex - all magicians.

We had a fun day talking magic.

Before leaving to catch my train home we walked back to the station via Tue Cathedral.

I took this opportunity to create an image of the interior.

I was astonished how well this Raw File edited. The colours were perfect, rich and vivid.

I used my XT2 with the wonderful 16mm.

I did not have a tripod so this image was created at 1.4. I am amazed because it held the detail very well.

The light inside was slightly subdued but bright enough. My iso was 1600-3200 with a shutter speed set for 1/125 sec rendering a decent image.

Next time I will bracket this shot - for now this is great.

Winchester is a fascinating city with a surrounding area.

To be continued.
