Being Empty

Being empty is about having no agenda.

Acceptance for what is, can be a perfect starting point to explore new possibilities.

Allowing life to simply be.

No where to get to,

Not seeking any outcome.

Just being in the flow of the grand conversation and yet, not of it.

This is how I roll with my camera - even if I have a specific project in mind, I still allow life to speak to me.

Today I was creating images with the 18mm F2.

This is my vision - the Lens that matches how my eyes work. I see long and take in a wide view. This Lens is my environmental vision Lens. I don’t think Portraits, or Street, I see the entire canvas.

This canvas is now ready to be filled with life.

I really like this way of seeing. It means I can set it, zone focus and be invisible.

Being Empty is my way of saying to life, “I am ready to be filled up by your spirit of generosity”.

Life never refuses.

“Always keep your mind as bright and clear as the vast sky, the great ocean, and the highest peak, empty of all thoughts. Always keep your body filled with light and heat. Fill yourself with the power of wisdom and enlightenment”.
