Birthday Celebrations

2025 represents my 61st year around the Sun.
It's a privilege to get this far in life.
Since my mother died, life has held very little meaning for me with the exception of my work as a magician and this daily journal.
So my celebrations for my 61st begins with a short trip away.
I am actively practicing and deliberating on my two Lens Set up for Travel.
My core subjects cover three main topics:
- A Sense of Place
- People
- Culture/Detail
I can cover all three topics with the XF18-55mm F2.8-4 on one Body. My second body would need a more detail centric focal length - the XF90mm F2 is my feeling choice.
Today, I have been shooting with just the XF23mm 1.4; it is a marvellous optics and has a lovely rendering.
Part of my daily discipline it to explore like a tourist. My Lens choice of late have been prime fast Lens due to the low light overcast conditions here in the UK.
The weather this weekend looks flat and over cast so I may lean towards my fast Primes.
My Flexibility is key.
