My Coffee Shops are my Sanctuary.

This is my spiritual base away from home.

I come here to site quietly.

Breath in the ambience.

Be still.

Read and practice.

Maida Vale has at least four Coffee Shops. Billys Cafe at the top.

The Peppermint above.

Petite La Ville as seen many different owners. The current owners are Lebanese and very friendly people.

Billy’s Caffe is my number one base.

This wonderful family are my friends. This is where you will find me on most days sat at the back.

The Caffe is a stop gab before heading home after work. For me, its like going into another room in my home, I live next door.
