Despair

We never really know what another person is going through.

Assumptions leads to stories.

Stories are just an interpretation about what we may be thinking another person is going through

This moment left me feeling somber.

A man.

Life…what’s his story?

His being suggested to me despair.

I created this image not really thinking the words I have just written.

This image is from my Archive and in curating my past work, it has been an interesting exercise in learning about my past vision.

I am attempting to understand why I created this image in the first place.

Everything I have written is my assumption about this moment.

You may see and feel something totally different.

Our filter right now is Social Distancing.

So there is a possibility you may view this image through the filter of Covington-19.

It would fit.

And yet, this moment was created around three years ago.
