Breakfast shortly, not before my practice Drill.
Caught up with some old friends last night.
Great to see Darryl Harris again with Genii Editor Richard Kaufman. The gentleman in white is a big hero of mine from when I was a boy, that is Martial Arts Master Tayari Casel.
Tayari created a sensation back in the 80s with his routine “Twilight”. A coins reflection in a mirror becomes real. I a truly stunning thing to see.
Today I enjoyed a first in my life, presenting my talk on magic to an audience of fellow Black Magicians. This event is International Association of Black Magical Artist. It aims to celebrate the achievements of Black People in the craft of Magic. It’s founder Kenrick Ice MacDonald envisioned an event The would bring together the world finest magicians of colour to move our story and history forward.
I was happy sharing my story and journey as a magician from London.
I have found a few moments today to create images. The early start for breakfast showed me life and the American Dream.
