East Coast Journal | Day 4

I have been enjoying my time in D.C.

I realised how tired I have been, first time in ages I have slept well.

The place is perfect for reflecting and giving thanks.

I come to appreciate even more how much I value my family and friends.

I have been staying with my friend and mentor Darwin Ortiz.

I caught his show last night and he was great. A Sleight of Hand Expert who really knows how to entertain with Strong Magic.

It was great to see my friend and fellow Card Man Jason Ladanye. Jason is the best card man in the world right now. A creative force of new ideas and clever combinations.

This time with them both has been full of creative conversation. Our time together is always too short. Today I visit Philadelphia.
