Everyday Moments

I am really enjoying using my Nikon D7200 at the moment. It feels really lovely in my hands. As a DX Camera, it means my choice of Lens will give me a little more reach. I don't need too much reach because my images are simply within the range of 24mm up to 84. My Len of choice today was the Nikon 16-85mm 3.5-56.

This Lens is perfect for me because the wide end at 16mm gives me a field of view of 24mm. It's a very expansive Frame which I love.

My neighbourhood is perfect for the wide angle view.

The 16-85mm is a varies focal Length, this means setting the focal length to my subject matter with the "correct" Aperture for a creative exposure. More often than not, I set my Lena to just under 35mm/33mm to give me a faithfully representation of 50mm. Because of my eyes and how they work - Wide and Long, the 50mm on a Full Frame still gives me a reasonable amount of visual context around my subject. This makes for an interesting Frame.

My everyday moments means being prepared to document my daily life. This means what ever happens in my neighbourhood.

I always expect to be taking my something interesting g worthy of framing.

This gives value to my life and existence right now. I approach this with gratitude.

Gratitude for the gift and expression of life, it all of its manifestations.
