I think it is Important to create images of the same subject all the time.

While the subject matter may be the same, it is still a different image and creation.

The image at the very top was created on my X100T, the second image below on my Canon A1 35mm using Kodax Portra Film.

Same subject, totally different creative process and outcome.

What did I learn?

Shooting on film is a beautiful thing.

Can’t take Film for granted.

Every Frame cost.

Get the image right in camera.

No image review on Film

Digital can make us lazy unless we discipline ourselves to create image with deep intention.

I shot a roll of film just to shake up my system, it was lovely.

The anticipation of waiting and not knowing if I had created a good image was worth the wait.

This was a perfect test to see how much I have learnt about image creation.
