Street Photography with Bryan Peterson

It was great spending the afternoon with my coach Bryan Peterson. He was in London this weekend conducting his famous Street Photography Workshop. The last time I saw him was in North West America in Seattle & Olympic National Park

We spent the whole afternoon WALKING.

Good shoes required🤣.

I was able to reconnect with his genius for seeing possibilities. Spending time with him is no different that a sleight of hand session with my mentor Darwin Ortiz. I feel I have made a little more improvement to my craft.

Bryan’s trade mark images all feature rich colours, interesting backgrounds, creative compositions and exposure.

I had an opportunity to really observe his approach to Street Photography; find an interesting background and……wait.

This is something I don’t do much off - I tend to walk and create images of anything that catches my eye. This approach works; stopping, observing life patiently can yield interesting results.

I was happy seeing him again.

Life is short.

I value my friendships.

Bryan is a great teacher.

I am better for it.
