X-Pro 1 | My EDC

If you have read my Journal entries, you will have noticed one core thing about my photographic education; I like testing my skill with different options.

This year, I was blown away by The Nikon D700, for one reason only…..IMAGE QUALITY.

In a recent Journal Entry, I did an image quality comparison with The Fuji X-Pro 1.

The Image quality of The X-Pro 1 & The Nikon D700 is the absolute best I have ever seen. I love it so much, these two Bodies are my EDC - My Everyday Cameras; my tools of choice for documenting my daily life.

While the Industry continues to move on in leaps and bounds - the latest and greatest Lens and outrageous pixel count, I am happy and delighted with the Kit I have.

Image quality is everything.

My Kit delivers 12 mega pixels on the D700 and 16 MP on my X-Pro 1 - the sweet spot is 24mp on my D750; don’t need any more.

All of these images were edited from a Raw File and exported for web viewing. For printing, I would export for maximum resolution to give me glorious Print worthy pf Framing and hanging on my wall.
