X-System Colour Profile

It’s all about Colour for my vision.

I am attracted to Primary Colours.

The X-System has given us so much Film Simulation Profiles. It has taken me a while to get a feel for which I like the most.

To be honest, I like all of them.

To be even more honest, l really love the Colours from The Leica M Series.

I can’t say why, I can only assume it is because of the Sensor.

I would love to shoot with a Leica, perhaps even own one. They are expensive beyond measure so I am learning to work with my Fuji Colour Profiles.

My editing is the secret because I can adjust the Fuji Film Simulations to a Colour style that I like.

These images have been created with The X-Pro 1 paired with the XF 35mm 1.4 and my X-T1 paired with my favourite Lens the XF 18mm F2.

I really like to the look and feel of these Fuji Colours.

I don’t see in Black & White.

I see Colour.

Some days, the Light can be profoundly flat it makes my Colours look yucky. These may be Black & White worthy. Otherwise, it’s all about Colour and setting the correct White Balance by Kelvin Value.
