2020 Vision

Got up early today and while enjoying my morning Coffee, I did q quick curation of a few images and created a new context around them.

2020 Vision is a phrase we all know; perfect vision as I understand it.

Yes a play on words and relevant right now.

This new context for my image creation is filtered through our global crisis right now. The Pandemic has opened my eyes to the truth and lies of the human condition.

This Pandemic has hit the rest button for humanity.

What does this mean?

While my opinion is subjective, my self-expression is filtered through my life and experiences.

This current crisis is a profound opportunity for all of us to confront the very notion of; Who am I?

It’s easy to define ourselves by what we do.

My question is rooted in the fruits of the spirit.

Ponder on this question; Who are You?

Your answers will be found in your behaviour.

Your adventure through life will support you; during this Lockdown review your journey and be honest with what you see.

2020 Vision is a subtext for my ongoing project The Expression of Life.

This means I am demanding more from myself as a Visual Story Teller.

See and feeling deeper than ever before.

How?

I have no real answer for this.

The fact I am writing these words tells me I am feeling the need to expand myself.

I will trust this process and just allow it to work through me. Totally committed with zero attachment to how this should look.

2020 Vision in this context is all about seeing with my heart and spirit.
