Connection is right at the heart of the human experience.

Who we are is tied directly to the people we love.

The image above communicated two stories to me.

One, a lone figure on her phone in contrast to a mother fully engaged with her daughter.

I could easily make up a story about the lone figure. I appreciate the unknown element that brings a humanistic contrast to this moment.

A Coffee Shop is the perfect setting for humanistic therapy. The conversation doesn’t matter, what does matter is the engagement taking place.

The long journey home.

The human narrative is full of constructed drama. Busy Traffic, impatience, iPhones for company. Life now is about being connected to the Matrix.

Humanism and our Humanity is fighting a war.
