The Light At Night | Pt lll

I checked what time the sun would set for today; 17:38pm.

This was very important because once the Sun sets, my window for the Blue hour would be very short.

There wasn’t much traffic to begin with.

I had to be patient.

Getting the timing right is easy enough, just wait.

Long exposure during this Blue Hour is very easy.

My workflow was:

ISO: 100

Aperture Priority: F22

Lens: 16mm

My Shutter Speed was around 8 seconds which was pretty good.

I then head for a Traffic intersection.

This is the money shot.

I love the Blue Light and the character of the light trails all with the star burst from the Traffic Lights

This third part featured light from the setting Sun with the man made Light from cars and lamps.

All very nice.

I will head into the City next week where the Traffic is really dynamic.
