Wednesday Respite

Being a Carer is a tough gig - its not for sissies.

To be willing to be responsible for another human being is the highest honour.

I fail everyday at some point of duty.

I do it because it all on me - its my loving duty.

This is my reality.

My respite is my Camera and my vision to experience the expression of life in all its manifestations.

My morning Coffee with my cards close by is a very special time to remind myself that life is still beautiful.

La Vita Bella

A walk through my park revealed glorious light.

The scenery could have been another place in the world. It was here, on my door step.

I haven’t travelled for two and a half years. My new passport is ready and I am itching for a new adventure.

A chance encounter seeing my friend Peter was delightful.

An impromptu Portrait made us both happy.

My friend Joni is back over from Kosovo. Its good to see him again.

He is taking magic seriously.

And building his own Castle.

My daily walk serves to keep me grounded in the spirit of loving gratitude.

Equanimity has become my best friend.

“At times our own light goes out and is rekindled by a spark from another person. Each of us has cause to think with deep gratitude of those who have lighted the flame within us”.
